By accessing and using Janooma's platform ("Service"), operated by Janooma Labs Private Limited, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this Service.
Janooma is an AI-powered marketplace platform that connects buyers with businesses and service providers across India. Our AI agent facilitates discovery, comparison, and quote orchestration between parties.
3.1 Registration: You may need to register for an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.3 Partner Accounts: Business partners joining the alpha program agree to the terms specific to the partner program, including listing requirements and lead management protocols.
4.1 Free Period: Alpha partners receive 3 months of free platform usage. This period begins from the date of account activation.
4.2 Founding Rate: Alpha partners will have their subscription rate locked at the founding price for as long as they maintain an active account.
4.3 Priority Ranking: Alpha partners receive priority listing in their category based on join date, not bidding.
5.1 Permitted Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

6.1 Our Content: All content on the Janooma platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Janooma Labs Private Limited and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 User Content: You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant Janooma a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.
7.1 Response Time: Partners are expected to respond to leads within 6 hours. Failure to maintain adequate response times may result in reduced ranking.
7.2 Lead Quality: We strive to provide qualified leads but do not guarantee conversion or transaction completion.
8.1 Fees: After the free period ends, partners will be charged according to their selected plan. All fees are in INR unless otherwise stated.
8.2 Billing: Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
8.3 Late Payment: Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of Service access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
10.1 As-Is Basis: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
10.2 Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Janooma Labs Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
